On Call IT Pro does not sell customer data.
At this time, we do not offer site visitors an option to create a login-based customer account, therefore this privacy statement applies primarily to the routine collection of site analytics, the completion of “Contact Us” submission forms and/or comments by site visitors and embedded third-party content, where applicable.
This website is configured for “privacy signal” GDRP compliance. However, it is up to the site visitor to configure the desired level of privacy on their desktop and mobile devices (“browsers”) in order to implement their privacy choices.
On Call IT Pro does not have an arrangement to deliver third-party ads at this time. However, this may be subject to change without prior notice.

Where data is sent
This domain resides on DotEasy, a Canadian-based hosting company. Analytics (web traffic) are obtained through Google Console in conjunction with Google Site Kit (a WordPress plugin).
This is not an exhaustive list of Plugins that help facilitate the operational objectives of this website. For instance, visitor comments are also filtered through an automated spam detection service.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine which site visitors are using Gravatar. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you submit a comment or complete a web form intended for On Call IT Pro, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we erase any personal data we may have received from you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
